Write the first 10 memories about yourself that come to mind
.) When I was a little kid I never slept. I would stay up reading all the time, draw in coloring books, do puzzles, play with my cat. I went through a really long phase where I had nightmares basically every night and I would refuse to go to bed. When I was around 9 my grandma bought me a dream catcher and I hung it over my bed. I slept with that thing for years, it actually worked.
.) When I was 10 my family and I used to go to Rushford Lake and live there in our cottage over the summer. There was a hobo who lived in his car on the road our cottage was on, and he used to freak my parents out because he had a police record or something. He knocked on our door all the time and gave us random stuff, mostly old phonebooks. It was creepy. My sister and I would ride our bikes past his car/house and try to get a glimpse of what the inside looked like until once when our mom yelled at us and told us that he used to have a daughter and she "disappeared". A couple days after that I threw an egg at his car.
.) When I was 15, last summer, I lost my 9 year old brother at Six Flags. I kept putting off getting him cotton candy and then finally he raced off when I wasn't paying attention to buy his own. I ran around looking for him and crying and until Amanda called me and said she found him. I just hugged him and hugged him, and then we got a charicature drawn of him. Scariest experience of my liiiife.
.) When I was 6 and my sister was 5, we used to spend weekends at our dad's house in oakfield, which was actually our grandparent's house. My parents had us when they were really young. He had a big house with a field and woods behind it. A lot of times our dad would be studying for college exams (law school..) and we'd get bored and go outside. There was a huge garage behind the the house and it was really old, and it had a series of rooms in it and it was dusty and dark and we thought that it was haunted. It seemed really huge. When I went back to that house when I was 13 my sister and I walked in the garage to see what it looked like, it was a lotttttt lot lot smaller.
.) Right after I turned 14 a couple summers ago, my sister and I and our friends Chaz and Garret, from Rushford Lake, decided to go rock jumping at the lake one day. We got on our sea-doos and drove to the front of the damn where there were a lot of rocks. We took turns sitting on the sea doos while the other two climbed up the cliff, and jumped off a rock about 20 ft in the air... landing in the really deep water about 30 feet from the dam. We didn't find out until a few weeks later that there was an electric fence underwater right next to where we were jumping. I still get chills when i think about it :S. We were grounded from the boats for the rest of she summer.
.) The summer after, when I was 15 I crashed one of those sea doos going close to 50 miles an hour. Wasn't looking where I was going and collided with my sister. :X We walked away fine, just shocked and pretty bruised. Sea doos were wrecked though.
.) When I was a little kid my sister and I thought the word "virgin" was an insult.
.) When I was 11 I wrote a poem that made my english teacher cry. My mom told me it was because I was good at writing. I still don't think I am.
.) When I was 5 I told my sister she was never allowed in my room ever again and she "ran away" from home (ran down the street till my mom ran after her). Two years later when our 15 year-old aunt was babysitting us my aunt and I told her that we were gonna call the police on her, joking around, and she ran away again. My aunt was too lazy to run after her so this time I had to chase her, and she made it two blocks before I caught her.
.) When I was 7 I punched a kid at Chuck E Cheese.
